Our years of experience working with clients in the transportation industry gives us an in-depth understanding of the issues our clients face on a daily basis. We act as National Coordinating Counsel and Case Manager for a global automotive company in national products liability litigation. We also serve as national counsel for several of the largest trucking companies in the United States, and we regularly act as lead counsel on fatality and other serious trucking accident cases throughout the country. We have in-depth knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and counsel our trucking industry clients on regulatory compliance issues, safety and training programs, liability prevention programs and employment issues. Our experience in the aviation industry is similar. We represent airframe, engine and component part manufacturers, airlines, pilots, maintenance providers and their insurers in all manner of aviation accident cases. We represent and counsel our aviation industry clients during all phases of post-accident investigation, including NTSB investigations and hearings. In all of these areas of the transportation industry, our team has substantial trial experience, having successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict in both state and federal courts thought the United States.
