Representative Cases

• Represent several of the largest trucking companies in the United States in multiple lawsuits alleging wrongful death, closed head injuries, burns, and other serious injuries in multiple jurisdictions across the country. Representation has included successfully defending clients to defense verdicts in both state and federal courts.
• Recently tried jury case for nationally known package delivery company, where plaintiff alleged closed head injury caused by falling package, and plaintiff claimed total and permanent disability requiring extensive medical care for the remainder of his life. Obtained defense verdict for client after two-week trial.
• Recently tried case against trucking company where client’s driver drove tractor trailer through construction zone far above advisory speed limit and hit two vehicles, causing fatality and serious injuries. Obtained jury verdict against construction company forcing construction company to pay large share of damages due to inadequate use of advance warning signs and other traffic control devices. Prior to trial, construction company had refused to offer any money towards settlement.
• Have obtained numerous "defense costs" settlements in trucking accident cases alleging closed head injuries, wrongful death, permanent disability and other serious injuries.
